Terms & Conditions

By using the Gemini Sports Club & Spa website, Gemini App, or becoming a member of Gemini Sports Club & Spa ("Gemini"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership at Gemini is subject to application, approval, and the payment of applicable fees as set out in the Gemini App. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Membership cards or access credentials must not be shared with or used by any other person. Gemini reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate an existing membership in cases of misconduct, breach of these terms, or behaviour that is incompatible with the club environment. Members must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanying a parent or guardian with appropriate supervision provisions in place for under-18 activities.

Members and guests agree to use all facilities responsibly, safely, and in accordance with the specific rules posted in each facility area. All members are strongly encouraged to consult a medical professional before commencing any training, recovery, or wellness programme, particularly where pre-existing health conditions exist. Use of the gym, recovery centre, courts, simulators, and other facilities is at the member's own risk. Gemini maintains all equipment to professional standards but accepts no liability for injury resulting from member negligence or improper use of facilities. Gemini reserves the right to modify, restrict, or temporarily close any facility for maintenance, special events, or operational reasons.

Facility bookings and class reservations are made through the Gemini App. Members are responsible for managing their own bookings, including cancellations. Late cancellation and no-show policies apply to certain bookings, particularly coaching sessions, recovery treatments, spa appointments, and special events. Specific policies for each service are displayed in the Gemini App at the time of booking. Gemini reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings where necessary, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

All membership fees, service charges, and ancillary costs are processed securely through the Gemini App. Membership fees are due on the dates specified in your membership agreement. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership. Prices and fees are subject to change with reasonable notice to members. Current pricing is always reflected in the Gemini App. All payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB). International card payments may be subject to your bank's foreign exchange and processing fees.

Members may bring guests to the club subject to the guest privileges of their specific membership tier. Guest access is the responsibility of the hosting member. Guests must comply with all club rules and facility regulations. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests during their visit. Guest fees apply where specified. Frequent guest visits may require the guest to apply for their own membership.

All members and guests are expected to behave with courtesy and respect toward staff, other members, and guests at all times. The following are not permitted at Gemini: abusive language, aggressive behaviour, harassment of any kind, misuse of equipment, smoking outside designated areas, and any activity that disrupts the enjoyment of other members. Appropriate sportswear and footwear must be worn in training, court, and wellness areas. The club reserves the right to enforce a dress code in the restaurant, bar, and social areas. Violations of the code of conduct may result in removal from the premises and/or termination of membership.

Gemini takes all reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment. However, members and guests use all facilities, participate in all activities, and undergo all treatments at their own risk. Gemini's liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Gemini staff. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Members are encouraged to secure personal belongings in the provided locker facilities. Gemini is not responsible for theft or loss of unsecured items.

All content on the Gemini website and Gemini App — including images, text, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Gemini Sports Club & Spa or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at geminisportsclubandspa.com/privacy. By becoming a member or using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Gemini reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or the Gemini App. Continued use of the club services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
